"Again, I challenge you to procure any real arguments" How about you start. You can't exactly claim to have made a logical argument in all of your attempts. Mostly name-calling and trolling with a few accusations thrown in for good measure.
Why is this getting dugg up?It goes beyond "disagreeing". This is an entity getting away with a legal way of extortion. f**k them, do whatever it takes. Taking down a website isn't s**t. They should be lucky they aren't being found with bullets in their head one by one for this s**t.You wanna get s**t done? Make it happen. You don't tiptoe all peacefully through the streets hoping they f**king to magically decide to stop their s**t. No one got freedom by simply asking "please?" or by informing the wrongdoes, "Hey, this is kinda wrong. Wanna stop now?"Pacifism for something of this magnitude is unacceptable and counter productive.
Ahh ranknfile you made the mistake of assuming I wanted to engage you in a logical debate - alas that is not the case - I merely wanted a few lulz out of you and to move on but now that you responded you made this even funnier. You live up to your name because you fall in line with whatever Uncle Sam tells you without thinking for yourself.Whats funny about you saying I pirated Arrested Development is the fact that its the only TV show I have ever purchased. (BTW Hulu is American only FYI, I'm in Canada)Also your knowledge of AD is wrong because nbluth was simply a dummy account that was set up by daddy bluth to hide funds from the company - originally they thought it was something else but thats what it turned out to be.
Again you keep on making mistakes in assuming that because I was making a one off comment that I'm not prepared to logically debate the issue. I just don't care enough to convince you, just go read torrentfreak or any independent study on copyrights related to piracy and you can discover for yourself, I shouldn't have to spoon feed you like a baby. Its funny because your perception of pirates is that we are killing the TV/Movie/Record industry and taking profits away from the creator. That's not true - I pay for all the underground music I listen too and so does all my torrenting friends. I pay nothing for mainstream music because it all sucks and would never have purchased it anyways and in fact most of the time I never even bother downloading it. Your assumption is that we're all gibbering morons when in fact me and everyone I know is in University for various degrees and we all know full well the implications of what we're doing. I am personally majoring in business/economics so I know the small effect piracy is having on the industry. The point is copyrights are really good things that help protects people's well being but the IFPI, MPAA and RIAA are a bunch of bullies and the only way to fight them is at their bottom line because that is all they understand. Also out of everyone I know (and the generally mentality on the internet) is that you pay for everything you can - first and foremost software, second movies, third tv etc. The only exceptions arise when you are not able to purchase the software because of economic reasons - because to the developer there is no lost sale because the man can't purchase it however the developer has one more user spreading the word about his program and hopefully generating a sale, and the man gets to use the software. All in all - torrenting has little effect on right's holders and is able to spread the culture of humanity to everyone. It is mostly a good thing but with everything there are bad apples and they give the rest of us a bad name.
Way to scapegoat the argument. You and I know very well that this has nothing to do with religious fundamentalism. You've proven your incompetency in carrying out a logical debate. Goodbye.
