There are not only high school students working on it but also some college students and teachers. From the "Member Profile" page you have a communication major and two mechanical engineering majors working on it.
That's great, I grew up in Philly and usually avoided that area. it's really nice to see something good coming out of West Philly. Probably the best thing since Will Smith. :)

The toyota volta is the first hybrid car to be built that achieves the said 0-60 in 4 seconds. So, their clame that this is the first, is not true.
