You got to wonder how sincere a rescue program is that calls their canine friends MUTTS. That would be similar to the Salvation Army calling the people they serve BUMS. The clowns at Mutts and Moms give rescuers and moms a bad name. I suggest someone roll the newspaper and smack them on the nose. Perhaps rename your rescue shelter to MUTTS AND MORONS.So much for promoting animal safety and protection.I think I saw the owners of Mutts and Moms on Jerry Springer show. The episode called, "Trailer Shelters"
