haven't read any yet but these look good, bookmarked for later.great stuff cheers, if all digg posts were this useful...well we'd have a library I guess
Not very portable, you can't download any of them as PDF for offline reading. Just try it. An ebook is not an ebook unless it can be downloaded as a PDF... the vast majority of ebooks are in PDF, html, or ascii text. Its not an ebook if its embedded in some webpage.
i sincerely appreciate the effort to make these ebooks available, but....it's actually kind of let down. in order to use these books one has to use the "in browser ebook reader" provided by the website. trying to read a book in it is absolutely awful - and the person who uploaded the books set all of them to deny being downloaded as pdf/doc/txt or any other format.ah well, maybe next time. this is next to useless.
I do like reading real books I have to agree, I have a bunch of ebooks, but I always seem to enjoy sitting down with an actual book, there is no substitute for me...
