freedominourtime.blogspot.com — The gang at Fox & Friends was happily engaged in their familiar morning routine when one of them made the mistake of asking Rep. Ron Paul about a campaign ad produced by a rival presidential aspirant, Mike Huckabee.

Brilliant read as always. I wish I could offer commentary a measly fraction as compelling, so in lieu of, I will fall silent and leave you with this simple truth:www.ronpaul2008.com

I'd like to see Will Grigg get a position of influence in Paul's cabinet, or better yet, a position as a department head! Then again, America just doesn't deserve that kind of blessing. Until your next great read, stay well Will.

It's not the floating cross I'm worried about, it's the three glowing balls (fruit?) on the bookshelf, which everyone knows is the international symbol for "pawn shop". Which is where we'll all be frequenting to sell our livelihoods when Mike's 30% federal sales tax on everything kicks in.

That's like saying logic is an insult to stupid people. When weighing the option of understanding something versus taking offense, many people sadly choose to take offense. Ignorance is its own punishment.Just because you pound the bible harder than your counterparts, that doesn't mean you're a better person for it, let alone a better Christian for prosthelytizing.

For me, it was one of the most refreshing moments in American political debate - and it sure is hard for me to pick a better one (though I did enjoy Reagan's "there you go again;" and, Clinton's rising popularity after getting impeached). The fact Paul said this on Fox is icing on the cake.

Of course, Ron Paul could be sensitive to people who can't handle unvarnished truth. But then, he wouldn't be Ron Paul.
