Just in!... "Bush has declared in a public statement that the cloud over Uranus is a clear sign that the Uranians have developed a Nuclear bomb and the the US must immediately prepare a pre-emptive strike against them." Immediately following that statement the Press Secretary pulled Bush away from the podium by the sleeve and was seen quickly whispering in Bush's ear, seconds later Bush was seen grabbing his ass and then the Press Secretary whispered again and Bush seemed to understand. Bush quickly returned to the podium and trying to put a good face on his blunder said, "That was an inside Texas joke their people." as he chuckled in his personable presidential way. "All us good Texan folk know what you do with your anus is no one else's business."
