Yeah I had that happen too. A 700MB movie into over 2 GB... and the quality is well.. let's just say I've seen better on YouTube.Mind you I love my Wii for games and my Xbox for XBMC... An all in one would be fantastic.

Every game system + my 5.1 is set up on the same TV. Why waste the time encoding a divx movie to play specifically on your Wii? Grab a DVD player.
