These are some horrible photos...I doubt you even read the tutorial, b/c what you posted is a perfect example of how not to photograph xmas lights.By the way, those are some huge, obnoxious displays. I find them untasteful and disgusting to look at. There's no style, just tons of light bulbs...

wow, thanks for the tips! I just got back into photography. Years ago I was using a film SLR but now I have a nifty Nikon D80.I'm constantly searching for better ways to take pictures, this will surely help... thanks again!dugg it

@ ZippoSo true. So true. I honestly think geeks have the most fun with holidays. I mean, we make cool stuff, we get into the spirit of the holiday, then we get to show it to our friends! Everybody wins. Except for MacLiberal, because Christmas is evil to him.Now if you'll excuse me, I need to finish my LED Christmas ornaments.
