This has almost convinced me to leave Digg. Can it really be that Diggs average reader has so little grasp of the internet that they don't know what DNS is, or even the most fundamental idea of how it works? How else could this have been dugg soo many times?
"This has almost convinced me to leave my conceited, self-aggrandizing high horse"There, I fixed it for you.Yes, you'd expect people to know this, but only if they are in the computer industry, by trade or by hobby.
There are lots of people that will find this useful, and for all those diggs you can see that it's true. Now imagine the ammout of people that will get here through search engines. There are lots of people, with lots of money and many sites that don't know a thing about subdomains, much less pointing them to other places. I discovered this by myself many years ago, and I don't think it's a shame to learn.
