when kramer tried this he was sleeping 15 minutes every 2 or 3 hours... that's why it didn't work. I'm most alert when i sleep an 1.5 in the evening and then 4 hours at night.

Hey, don't knock it till you try it. I'm always looking for ways to get the most time out of the day(why not?), and heck, this is working for me so far. Just got 4:20 hrs of sleep, and god dang it, I know i feel more awake and alert then I would be if I got 5 hrs of sleep. Fricken Sweet!

Been using this philosophy ever since a Navy flight doctor told me about the 90 minute cycles. Works great for me, even when I can only get 3 hours sleep (like night before I have to catch a 6 am plane). I give it a digg and 2 thumbs up.
