blog.wired.com — A new shareware application called TubeSock lets you save YouTube videos to your iPod, PSP or iTunes library. The application, which is Mac-only, converts any YouTube video to the H.264 iPod format or the MP4 PSP format. Also, if you only have an audio iPod (like me) then you can save the just audio track as an MP3.

One would think youtube would have added export to ipod video functionality by now.
