Unfortunately when I am in the state of 'flow', hours become minutes.

According to the following article, the last name of the architect of the 'flow' theory, Csikszentmihalyi, is pronounced "Chicks send me high".Now that's information we care about! Oh, and the article has some graphs about how we spend our time that look boring at first but are actually kind of interesting. For example, they help explain the satisfaction that many people get from driving open road.http://austega.com/education/articles/flow.htm

I've only started reading the article, but I just got off that "mad-hot flow" a while ago in a design I was doing. It feels really good, and really satisfying. I forget to eat, drink, sleep, anything. I also get really mad when I'm disturbed while designing in that mode. For me so far, it's just been a lucky thing: I can only go there if a project is sufficiently inspiring to me.Maybe this article will help, or maybe it's just another load o' poopy on the nets.

I usually have mad hot flow after eating bell peppers and beans.
