knifethrowing.info — Throwing cards as deadly weapons seems impossible. Little bits of cut-out cardboard suddenly becoming capable of piercing hard fruit, drywall, or even a brown paper lawn bag is beyond the believable unless you are open to anything you've seen on TV-or anything, period

I love this.they actually tested the "deadly weapon" myth on mythbusters. They made a machine that flug the cards at 150mph and still only made little paper cuts in the skin (they actually tested it on themselves) Pretty funny.

Ricky Jay can also throw a card INTO A WINE BOTTLE. yup. Card throwing master.BTW, I use a modified Thurston method. Most of them really scream, but 1/4-1/3 of them just flutter to the ground.

Ahh, my beloved skill! I have wowed many a drunk party goer by throwing cards into dartboards from the line.

I love when people talk about Card Throwing. I like to think that my 1997 appearance on MTV Unfiltered inspired a lot of people to try it.Here is the clip on Google Video: video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-6409175326781382206&q=cards as weapons(may have to copy and paste that to get the link to work)If you want to learn how to throw cards, check out my instructional DVD, available at www.ThrowCards.com

This is such a random type of skill, but oh so awesome at the same time.
