HAHA, oh man, i've been doing this ever since i started bringing AMPs to school. I'd always drink one during class. Then take a nap afterwards (because being bored and not having INstant caff.) :D
"I've known this for years"For those who actually are sincere about that, careful. Just because you know something doesn't mean everybody else found out about it at the same time you did. Just a note to keep in mind. Personally I've never heard of this before so I'm willing to bet a lot of other people haven't either. I'm digging it so others can find out.
It really does work! I just tried it last night, while crammin for a couple of tests, all i did was drink 2 cans of pepsi then took a 15 min. nap and it worked perfectly! I was able to get all my studyin done...
The way I do it is that I drink an energy drink before bed (not a nap) when I am not getting a full nights sleep, or have to get up earlier than normal. It works like a charm for me, I wake up with way more energy and can get out of bed much easier.
