I have never understood why exercise is rarely mentioned in conjunction with quitting smoking. I quit on a Monday and joined a gym on Tuesday. The gym was a huge help. I am not sure I would have made it without it.
I know this story sounds like BS but there's truth in it, at least for me. I always associated smoking with relaxation, so I figured if I were to quit I'd just become too stressed out. Then I was watching a show on TV one day that explained how nicotine withdrawal just creates additional stress and the smoking is just alleviating that stress, not anything else. Once I realized that and thought long and hard about it, I really resented what smoking was doing to my emotional state and quit right on the spot. Been smoke free for over a year now.
Poop dick on a donkey you are ignorant. If my kid needed a peace of my lever i would beat him so bad, the liver would be the worst of his problems. Specifically this scenario would only work out if i was your Dad. But this scenario would never happen, because you would have been aborted.
my wife, after completing her first marathon a few weeks back, had a smoke 15 minutes after crossing the finish line...the stares of disbelief from the on-lookers, seeing this girl in her race bib smoking, was priceless...It's still a filthy habit,,, but many people can, and do, smoke and have active lifestyles...
The desire to smoke is actually a mindset - in other words, it's habitual. Research shows that the best and fastest method for giving up smoking is in changing this mindset programming within your sub-conscious mind. Clinical Hypnotherapy is therefore the easiest and most effective method to facilitate this change process. Your mind is stronger than heroin and tobacco. Your mind is stronger than your body. Use it.
