If any of my goals encompassed getting away from phonecalls, voicemail and paper, I would first start by getting away from technology and on track to a stress free lifestyle.
Remote Control Mail - A bit disappointed with EarthClassMail services. Fees for the virtual mailroom services are not quite the same as the website represents. It has been running between $75-90 per month when all is said and done. In addition to the very attractive $19.95 per month basic service, fees are charged for opening/scanning each piece of mail, check cashing service, and storage of items. Would not complain if the fees were describe in a more transparent way on the website. Some improvements in fee description have occurred since I joined. However, customer services has not been very responsive or willing to acknowledge the issue. I will likely cancel. However, hard to do given they got me and undoing the process will take some doing on my end ( especially given I am out of the country and setting up an alternative service remotely is tough).

Short of faking your death - something I've been quite tempted with for years - I guess these strategies are best. Great resources.

I tried out the Pinger service and I love it. Now me and a lot of my friends use it. They do not send me junk or anything. It just works.

Timely article, even it was written over a year ago. I never realized I implement many strategies outlined in the article.
