When you radiate a heavy power level at any frequency, you'll be a more conspicuous target than if you didn't try to jam signals. The prospect of jamming GPS is a self-defeating idea.

I don't think the point is to use this in an environment with anti-jamming equipment. However, yes I agree, if an Air Force RC-135 happens to fly over they will be able to locate you easily.
