heh heh. I never took Chemistry in high school! :-P I basically drank the milk to coat my stomach. Actually, it worked very well. There was maybe a handful of times that it didn't.

Chugging water before you go to bed always helps but the best combo I've ever used is EmergenC drink mix (you should be able to get it at CVS or other places like that). At the end of the night get a big glass of water, pour in a packet of that stuff and chug it. I've been s**tfaced (and I usually get awful hangovers at that point) and I woke up feeling like I had only had a drink or two, sometimes like I never drank at all. It fights both the dehydration and the loss of vitamins and nutrients. If you're having hangover problems this is what you need.

I'm a big drinker, and I'm some what of a business man therefor I have to wake up really early.The ONE thing that cures or prevents is PEDIALYTE! Chug a liter before bed and you're golden. I buy it by the boxes.... Cheers!
