One of the best books I've read on the subject was Larry King's, "How to talk to anyone." Most of it is common sense, but he's really good at delivering the points.

I couldn't agree more that having a constructive conversation in business today is key. Think about all of the meaningless conversations you have on a daily basis. I would like to think that when I approach a customer about building strong business credit that the information I deliver is useful.

I've never seen so many digg-downs. Why would so many people digg comments down and not contribute to the conversation?
