If you can't figure out how to f**k in a car, you most likely won't be f**king anytime soon. Anywhere. Honestly, if you can f**k, you can f**k ANYWHERE. That's part of the fun. On top of things, under things, wedged between things, hanging from things, sideways, upside down...I f**ked under a bed one time because I had to. No complaints from me even though I was sore for a day and had a rug burn on my hip and ankle (traction, you know).
