Because it is what I have used for ten years and there is no point in switching. I don't use email for anything extravagent, so I have no need for gmail that much.

you can setup gmail to get email by POP3 for hotmail and yahoo and what ever your email is as long as you can acces it by POP3!

You have to pay to get pop3 access for hotmail for now. Soon (in live wave 3) it will be free
