I'm a negative person and no offense to the article, but if everyone was happy go-lucky or in general not negative nothing would get done.The only reason people are accountable at work is because people like me bitch enough and if they don't like me f**k em.

Yes the keyword here is "ALL". I think it's wishful to imagine that becoming a better person is going to get one friends and power to influence others...may be, but for that every single person should have reached that same higher state of mind. Now, we should accept people without being judgemental but that doesn't mean someone isn't going to disturb that state of mind until we pretty much destroy the emotional part of ourselves. Our power lies in not letting a "negative" person make us that way!

I was involved in a heated discussion last night and was completely blindsided by it. The article will come in handy the next time...it is unfortunate, but there probably will be a next time. I choose to let yesterday's argument go and forgive the person who bitch slapped me. LOL.
