"it’s impossible for lens to fall into your camera if it’s upside down". ummm I think they mean "it’s impossible for DUST to fall into your camera if it’s upside down". A lens can't "fall" or even fit inside the body of the camera.

Ok, what if you have a sensor with a slight charge to it..??? the lens will fall onto it then.. er.. dust will.
