And even if it is, "...the National Security Agency is no longer maintaining and updating security guides for Windows XP Professional beyond what was produced as a cooperative effort between the vendor and the security community." The XP guide is dated September 2006, FWIW.

Use uniextract to get files from an installer if youre concered about the nsa sneaking into your home and raping your mother.<a class="user" href="http://www.legroom.net/software/uniextract">http://www.legroom.net/software/uniextract</a>I also use uniextract to get get themes and jpegs from files from themexp.org without having to install all the bulls**t adware they install nowadays.
