Just adding myself to the list of people screwed by Hostway. If anything does get worked out for a class action or any type of other legal action pls post it here so I can join in. BTW, I copied the VW forum in to a text file in the event VW or Hostway deletes it....at least through pg 12

I finally came back up around 5:30pm EST yesterday. I was down for four and a half days. When I called yesterday I found out that they had many hardware failures in the move and my server was one affected, but not like others whose hard drives had failed. It's completely irresponsible behavior.
Yeah, that's confirmed. ValueWeb says that my hard drive was damaged, and my choices are to have them try to slave it in to my box (which means I will have to manually migrate from the old disk to the new disk in the best case), or to purchase the hard drive for eighty bucks and have them send it to me. Slaving the disk "could take a couple of days", according to them, and there's no guarantee that it'll actually work. Gosh, how much beer DID they spill on my server?

My server came up, but I can't log in, and all my websites are now "hello world" pages. I'm pretty sure my hard drive has been wiped.
