There are lots of us who run Linux on the Desktop/laptop :-) I've been full-time on Linux for over a year now and haven't wanted to turn back. Linux++; Windows--;
*** When you turn a rehashed OS into a religion, you are going to create some strong enemies ***The same feeling I have with that Monster of Frankenstein / VMS + OS/2 hybrid called Windows NT.*** and I'll gladly fight along side them. ***Same as me. Even so, are they counting the copies that come with the systems as well. Over the summer I worked for a school district where we bought 250 more systems. All got imaged with XP, but they came with Vista. Did Microsoft counts those as Vista sales? Technically the District paid for Vista through HP.

True, but I think it would give a better perspective than any website tracker could (except perhaps google).
