LMTop comment: @lucas_martinez “Great analysis. Where I differ is on the solution. I don't think Europe can regulate, subsidize, or coordinate its way back into the race. The problem is deeper: fragmentation. We ask founders to navigate 27 legal systems, 27 tax systems, and growing regulatory complexity while competing against companies built in a single market. My proposal would be much simpler: create an optional EU-wide startup regime. One company structure. One tax framework. One employment framework. Freedom to operate across the entire bloc from day one. And for startups, a presumption of permission rather than compliance. Europe needs less strategy and more freedom to build.”
