Do not use the "free" credit report websites. They will sign you up on a monthly plan. <a class="user" href="https://www.annualcreditreport.com/">https://www.annualcreditreport.com/</a> is the only authorized website that gives you a free credit report under federal law. You only get one per year but since there are three credit reporting agency you can spread it out between them.(so you can get one credit report every four months)Don't believe me?
