OMG! What stupid people. First of all they're just going to leave without their daughter? Where did they think she was? Did they forget they had two kids when they came in? Then, wouldn't your first thought be to get your child out SAFELY? Maybe find someone who knows, or could find out, how to open the machine? She could have killed that child pulling her back out of that hole, or really got her stuck. Then, the dufus dad (boyfriend, uncle, random dude) just stands there! It looks like he's going to get help for a second & then he just sneaks out of the store with the other kid. Then the employee comes along, watches for a minute & then proceeds to wash the window. Go get help! Then other people come by & try sticking their hand in the hole. Maybe I can reach her...no, guess I can't...sorry! Then the other employee (?) comes by & watches for awhile before the guy next to her taps her on the arm & tells her to go help. Why don't you go help, dude? For awhile it looks like the girl is stuck, but the mom just keeps pulling on her! Then when they get her out, they just pack up & leave! Don't bother complaining to management or warning them they have a machine that poses a danger to children. Sorry....just a little disturbed by all of this!
