An easy way to get the keys back in the same place:As you take the keys off, lay them out on a hard surface in the same order you took them off in. Laying them out so it looks like the keyboard, clean it off, then put the keys back on, lay it upside down on a towel to dry.It isn't that hard.
"1) INSERT OLD KEYBOARD IN TRASH2) INSERT FAT ASS IN CAR AND GO TO WALMART DOWN THE STREET.3)STOP AT McDONALD'S NEXT TO WALMART4)PLUG IN NEW KEYBOARD5)EAT McDONALDS OVER NEW KEYBOARD."AMAZING!, You are my hero for saying that!
Are you serious! 1000+ diggs for a story on how to clean a keyboard. I was expecting this guy to use a super cooled laser to do it. Instead after 6 pages he's like.....use a vacuum. wow thanks!
I used 3M keyboard cleaner worked perfectly with my low-profile Apple keyboard. The sponge tool that is provided with the package did an excellent job of getting in between the keys, and the chemical cleaner dissolved the gunk that had built up over time with very little effort on my part. This is a very well-designed product. http://www.cleaningshopping.com
