home.att.net — It's not hard to understand how propaganda works. You don't need a college degree, or to even to read any of those thick textbooks everybody hates. Everything relevant can be explained in one not-particularly-long article. And, I guarantee you, you must understand how propaganda targets you, to immunize yourself against the attempts.

Fantastic article! It reminds me of when I was a teen and a friend and I were watching tv. A commercial comes on for Dodge Ram Trucks and it shows the truck driving over boulders and your hear "Dodge Trucks, Ram Tough!"And just then my friend says "Those Dodge Ram trucks, they're TOUGH!"Naturally I responded with "What the f**k was that dude?!? What are you a f**king robot?"Embarrased he said "I guess that one slipped by me" So yeah, It's all about the lizard brain. And for propaganda to be even more effective, it helps if people have been conditioned to be non-thinking reactionary uneducated morons.

The only meaningful parts of this article were the parts where he was quoting from people whom actually knew what they were talking about.

Exactly what does Digg stand for?Seriously. In my opinion, digg is a forum where extremists are rewarded for expressing their views and where moderates are often overlooked.I'm more interested in hearing your opinion than being dugg up or down.

If you read all the way down to meaning #4 of the dictionary quote, instead of just scanning meaning #1, and you'll see that even a normal level of self love or admiration can be considered as narcissism. Thanks for playing.
