The level of customer service ineptitude that has been put on display by LeafyHost is nothing short of astounding. *EVERYONE* planning on undertaking a startup should read this thread in its entirety first.

It looks like there is some marginal improvement, but the owners (one of them, anyway) keep posting defiant remarks. Bad move, dudes. But this is what happens when greasy-haired young emo dudes try to get involved in business, I guess.
