quoted by jbus: "Politics aside... What good is digg if companies and bloggers start hiring or recruiting supporters to submit ALL of their stories to digg and promote them to the front page? That really takes the democracy out of digg and turns it into ad space that is given to the highest bidders."Thats the problem

Actually, no. That's your sides tactics.

Try realizing that a large portion of the digg user base isn't from the USA, and your political opinion is both lame and boring; moreso from an outsiders point of view, Michelle Malkin is a narcissistic, close minded fool who has no space ruining one of my favourite sites to try and gain political momentum.Don't worry, i've already removed politics from my Digg Home, that doesn't stop it from appearing on the RSS feed.

Unfortunately, you're wrong. If that was all it came down to, then people like me from outside the USA wouldn't care one single bit. From what I gather, Michelle has been encouraging her user base to bury submissions that don't cater to her point of view.

Malkin is probably most famous for her book on how the internment of Japanese people during WWII was a good thing. (I think she argues that the same thing should be happening now with Muslim Americans.) As others have pointed out, she's more or less an Asian Ann Coulter. Her blog seems to be getting a lot more play now. She's a bit of a hate-monger, like many right-wing bloggers.

One more site on the propaganda list. Some day that little green playground, or football field, will be on that list too. :)Someone might have the time to track their articles and shed light on what they are up to actually. Is it a decent site, or has the same list of users as digg who digg those stories way beyond the average political diggs I see when it has nothing to do with Israel vs. anyone.

Just how exactly did I give you an idea that anyone is trying to start a digg war? Or are you trying to say that I gave you the idea to report people to the site administrators? You are not making any sense.

You people are really out there. I joined digg, after wanting only to post a comment in regards to the article about the two Michigan men arrested in Marietta OH. People were assuming things that were not true and I decided to set the record straight in regards to case. I followed the story from DAY ONE. I live close to Marietta and it was our top story locally. No one in the nation knew of what was going on here and I wanted America to know what was going on when I had submitted it as a tip to Michelle Malkin, in addition to several other journalists. I am so sorry to have caused such a row amongst you people who feel that she isn't a "real" journalist, although she was the first to publish it nationally. I am also sorry that you are USING ME as a tool in your so called propaganda war. Yes, I have joined digg recently and yes I read her column but they are in no way connected other than the fact that I didn't know this site even existed until seeing the "digg this" link below her articles. I thought that this was a sight where people could connect with one another and debate . . . not make inaccurate accusations of "spam". You can remove one person from this "count" of the number of people who joined to spam M. Malkin or whatever it is that you say is going on. What a venomous site. I will make sure that I let my readers know.

BTW . . . no one "hired" or "recruited" me to "digg" anything. I just had something to say! Get a freaking life people! I have to go for now . . . I suggest some of you go to work on your manners and thought processes . . . seems yours are mis-wired . . .
