prb.org — Any such exercise can be only a highly speculative enterprise, to be undertaken with far less seriousness than most demographic inquiries. Nonetheless, it is a somewhat intriguing idea that can be approached on at least a semi-scientific basis. Because there is, of course, absolutely no data avail. for 99 percent humanity's time on the Planet.

The future... which according to my calculations, if my math is correct, should arrive in -7.632 months!

This helped me to answer the question why we haven't run out of cemetery space. http://plancksconstant.org/blog1/2007/06/adam_and_eve_and_6_b.html

Something quite significant happened about ten thousand years ago. It's called the agricultural revolution. It meant that settlements of farmers could grow more food per square meter and outnumber the hunter-gatherers and create cities and civilizations. Without agriculture, it is estimated that a (pristine, pre-human) earth could support 50-150 million people.

You can't "poke holes" in something which is not there. It is you and astrostream who are poking holes in someone else's beliefs for no apparent reason; this topic has nothing to do with religion.I really wish people would just drop this topic. No one will ever be convinced by a random comment on digg to change their beliefs; in truth all these comments do is hurt whoever their directed to and make the commenter look like an ass.
