Manual, and all the more impressive for it. Rotoscope artists and matchmovers are some of the least appreciated in the industry (entry-level stuff that no-one else wants to do).
Yes I have, and I realize that there could easily be some scenes with Dumbledore in the next movie (and that there will certainly be scenes with Dumbledore in the last movie). It was a joke, although clearly not very funny. Thus, I declare, I shall retract my previous joke/comment in the hopes to spare all the children of the world from reading such pitifulness. As soon as I hear that my retraction has been accepted by the world, I shall promptly hide my existence forever more.Furthermore, if it should be discovered that I do not live up to these promises, I would hope that all the armies of the world would rise up against me, and end my pitiful excuse of life.Lastly, my God, I wish I wasn't so damn bored at work.

Lenticular 3D is the future. No stupid glasses, however it doesn't work with front projection.

Maybe they were trying to make it look like a 3-d comic book? (Okay, that's a reach). I like the paper-doll effect of 3-D comics though.

Paper-doll effect. Yes, that's an excellent way to describe it. Thanks! :)
