I'm an Android user and developer. I love the platform, I love my phone. I hate the carrier and the silly games they are playing with the manufacturer (HTC). Thanks to the fact that my carrier (Rogers) has modified the stock ROM, it makes it harder (read: costly) for them to allow firmware upgrades (No, I don't consider bug fixes OS upgrades). So here we are, stuck with an outdated device that cannot take advantage of the new wave of apps coming out requiring support for new versions of Android.
