One of the comments to TA reads:Cool stuff. But don?t most high schools block you running your own .exe? Mine does and because I tried portable Firefox off a USB stick once and it just said I didn?t have permission to run that file.

There are many companies which are offering remote access applications but I would preffer some web based application because it does not require any installtion and Banckle Remote Access ( http://banckle.com/apps/remote-access/default.html ) is a web based application which is free for one year.
