"user interface" meaning touch screens is such terrestrial crap. It's like saying you will be able to flush the toilet using the "clapper". So what? User interface that is a "brain-computer" connection or "brain-video player" instead of relying on the ocular nerve would be a real advancement in user interface. Imagine having a USB in your neck that linked the data stream from a video player or document source directly to the brain.
true... but, most of the technology has been slow to catch on. Virtualization, for example, would be one of those technologies that I see getting more pull from businesses (especially smb's). people are realizing the beauty of 1 consolidated system, with redundancy and hfa. i got about 6 P2V requests this past week!!!still, this list is old as fizzzuck though.
Multi-core CPU? For sure.Hybrid SLi? Of course.Solid state fans to replace the CPU, GPU and every other fan I can’t think of right now. Hopefully.Zero-watt LED backlit monitors? No idea why anyone didn’t bring that out years ago.Completely wireless PC: wireless keyboard, mouse, LAN, speakers, monitor and the power to run it all? That would rock.DDR3? Well, no other option seems to be around to replace DDR2 so why the hell not?
