Windows security related stories always have the most arguing, but this one takes the cake. The first thing I see is a dull, grey screen from all the neg comments. It's like a little storm cloud is rolling through digg. You know that people will digg you down if you post stupid things, so for the love of sanity don't do it. Yes I know the if you digg down THIS comment, it'll all be very ironic. I'm sorry, but I don't care. It's all gone on too long. RTFA, comment on it, or STFU.
If you aerosolize some fanboys, and someone breathes in the particles, do they also become a fanboy? would duct tape block it? In any case, some testing is certainly in order, in the name of homeland security...
I'm just waiting for WGA to be held up as a threat to national security...Anyone good at writing letters to DHS?preferably in an arabic accent "dear silly amedicans! because of WGA we ave managed to haxox into your silly non elite consumerist operating systems!" etc.
For the love of God, will all the fanboys just pipe down a bit. Honestly, the whole fanboy thing ruins Digg, at least for me. Use what you want to use. Far out.
FYI:Just so you guys know...and I might be the only one who missed it...but it was bothering me why DHS would be spending its time on something like this (ya know, with the terror alert being at an arbitrarily scary level of orange and all)...so it appears that CERT and DHS kinda merged...formed a partnership...I missed that one:http://www.cert.org/faq/cert_faq.html#A7
Word, uownedge, word.Put this together with the announcement from London on terrorists who have been in custody over a month. I think this is an orchestrated attempt to raise the fear levels as we head into the next election cycle.

Why is it that 90% of these security holes in Windows allow people to remotely take complete control.
