Okay... got a bite....This is totally statistics, not opinion. Totally objective, not subjective and dealing solely withnumbers, not theory. To start covertbadger, lets say you and I together know everything there is to know. I do mean*everything*. Everything about math, everything about psychology, everything about astrologyand physics, economics, medicine, everything about the universe, the moon, the galaxies, everything aboutmen women animals, God, history, wars, money, you name it and you and together we know it.You know 50 % of it and I know the other 50 %.Is it possible that God could dwell in my 50 % and not in your 50 % ?Now we change the numbers :Lets say you and I together know everything there is to know. I do mean*everything*. Everything about math, everything about psychology, everything about astrologyand physics, economics, medicine, everything about the universe, the moon, the galaxies, everything aboutmen, women, animals, God, history, wars, money, you name it and you and together we know it.You know 90 % and I know the other 10 % of *everything* .Is it possible that God could dwell in my 10 % and not in your 90 % ?Okay, last change of the numbers :Lets say you and I together know everything there is to know. I do mean*everything*. Everything about math, everything about psychology, everything about astrologyand physics, economics, medicine, everything about the universe, the moon, the galaxies, everything aboutmen, women, animals, the oceans, the future ( ! ), God, history, wars, money, you name it and you and I together we know it.You know 99 % and I know the other 1 % of *everything* there is for people to know.Okay covertbadger, is it possible, *possible* that God could dwell in my tiny 1%and not in your 99 %. ?Since this is strictly a numbers explanation, the answer is : "Yes, of course."Just because atheists dont have God in their knowledge, even if they are some of the smartest, most knowledgeable people in the world, does not mean that God is not known by others. The numbers prove it is unreasonable to be an atheist. Any reasonable person is at least the very least an agnostic.
That episode was one of their best, but I also felt it kind of missed the mark on Atheism. It felt kind of like a "look, we make fun of those guys, too" episode. A lot of atheists took offense to it, but I felt those people needed to kind of grow up a bit and take the ribbing. We were due, at least from those guys. I mean, did you hear Chef's explanation of God's motivation? Yipes.
... you presume that god "exists" in three form, we don't need three forms, one proven form would be enough for me.It's so funny to debate, or rather pissed them off, religious peoples. They really seems to believe what they write and that makes me laugh so hard that I want to thank you all religious zealot for making me laugh so much, you are an perpetual source of laughter.
If you are not intelligent how did you make it here? I wasn't talking about genius grade intelligence, just the basic reading-writing is a proof that some form of superior intelligence is at work here. And please stop guessing what god might think about you and me. Just try to make an argument without name dropping God and Jesus, it will give you more credibility.
Yes, that's right. You cannot prove a negative. You must disprove a thesis. The problem here is that the thesis has no proof to debunk. It is prima facia absurd without anything else to back it up. There is no there, there.Myth-believers put forth the extreme thesis that there is a magical being that consists of no mass or energy that has some or total control over us. An extreme thesis requires extreme proof. None is offered. The only reason we even have this conversation is because of religious indoctrination and how the human brain ties memory through concepts (whether true or not). If myth-believers could deconstruct their logic even for a moment, they would become atheists. Problem is, the older you get the more difficult it is to deconstruct a thesis upon which you have based your entire life no matter how absurd it is.
This guy Pike was a 33rd degree Freemason and that's actually what they believe. The Freemasons (the upper echelons) basically run most government institutions and they outright worship Satan much like the nations did who Israel destroyed back in the day. They use goats and owls as their symbols and are likewise involved in Death Cults like Bush's Skull & Bones. Their agenda is very real and they are very serious about accomplishing it. What they don't realize is that they are playing right into Bible prophecy and in the end will fail miserably. The Bible at 2 Cor 4:4 refers to Satan as the 'god of this system of things' and he really is.......and is in outright control of mankind and exercises control through the upper reaches of secret societies like the Freemasons.
