There should be a mandatory 20-year federal prison term for cops who falsify evidence and testimony. I have no problem if a copy wants to take a gentleman's bribe or "borrow" from the evidence locker, but when innocent peoples' lives are intentionally ruined from false statements that's a crime of the highest order and there should be no mercy.
