By 1944 they simply didn't have guys skilled enough to fight in the air war, they had a small amount of amazing pilots and a mass of undertrained kids. It could have been different if the jets showed up in widespread numbers by '43, allied bomber offensive would have been bitter. Yes, I have a problem with homophones, and am a proponent of spelling reform. It's not as evident when I'm speaking though. I get interrupted a lot too.

No, the design of this aircraft is nothing like that of a F-117, this aircraft reduced its cross section so that it had a smaller radar cross section. On the other hand the F-117 used a special geometry that always redirected the radar waves away from the source thus making it invisible to radar.
