Patents? Yes. Copyright? No. Copyright is an incentive for people to write things, that's it. That's why it only lasted 20 or so years with the ability to renew once when it was initially started. With a little lobbying copyright has been bastardized throughout the years, elongating and elongating to timespans that are utterly rediculous. And I say this as someone who likes to write.

do you relize that the exclaimation that you had put, makes ABSOLUTELY NO sense of logic, due to it is ALL of the unknown of how to and where to, only brainwashed zombies would beable to translate that into human speach, and even then only the ones that did the brain washing would know of its deffinition, and such also adds that to it of that the brainwasher only did that action of activities to such to just amuse the self of the person of question, so the only use of the remark that you had have put there only put into motion of that only the person of the LORE of that Sentance would recieve that their own created "Non-sense" has been recieved by in-aws-pec-u-ous people under emidiate presumption that they knew what you're talking abuot - even though you're talking about "Nothingness"! - and such still continuing the Mental punishment of "WW3 - Psychological Warfare"..... That is very cruel! Cruelty to humanity, and cruelty to the Intelegences of Entities of thought! I hope you're happy about that, i know i am not!. Foreshame on you!
