SHE didn't really do anything. She was just handpicked by the McCain administration as a gimmick to try to deflect the gimmick of Obama's black candidacy. Palin was nothing more then a pawn, a very ignorant pawn at that. Both campaigns were nothing but gimmicks, be it race, age, or gender. I'll hold any judgments on the president elect until he has a chance to prove himself either way. All we truly know about him so far is he has good speech writers on the payroll. No doubt he will bring change... I just hope it's the change that he hyped up his during his entire campaign, but I fear it will be the "change" that this country has been heading towards the past 8 years....
Its so cute to watch diggers struggle with whether or not to digg this. On the one hand, there much beloved, adored, and worshipped Obama is on it. That is a automatic digg because its a positive story (automatic bury if it was negative). On the other hand, the much hated and demonized evil Republicans are on the list. What to do?!

good point. i guess people cant see how it can get any worse so people assume it will be a change for the good. unfortunately it always can get worse.
