readwriteweb.com — Sick of Facebook application overload? Feeling like you're on Myspace all over again? The Facebook team has heard your cries and announced tonight that they will soon release a new service that allows users to move all but their favorite apps to an "extended profile" section.

Seems like a good idea at first but .. maybe just maybe those cross boxes do something - like tell the FB guys just how many people don't want to see them. This script bypasses their ability to receive this kind of feedback.Actually I don't know what clicking the crosses does I was kind of hoping it was like 'SPAM training' my email box, so that over time certain invitations / notices would not appear or appear already grayed-out. Even grayed-out though still peeves me as these notice push off my main page other notices I'd like to have around for more then 12hours.

No such tool for myspace, however you can help yourself avoid it completely with:http://amionmyspace.com
