gadling.com— "Yes, this happened. According to The Daily Mail, a heterosexual couple accidentally ended up on Italy's first gay cruise, and they are suing the cruise line for not informing them."

I have been on Atlantis gay cruises, they have MANY more activities than the regular cruises. After one of the gay cruises, I saw the daily activities for the next cruise - the highlight of the first day was the lifeboat drill. The gay cruises had world class DJ's and the pool area was turned into a huge dance floor -- with a huge sound system, lights, and lasers. Even the background music in the dining room played dance music instead of normal cruise line music. Atlantis gay cruises have three cruise directors instead of the normal one cruise director; they have the regular ship cruise director, the chief cruise company cruise director, and the Atlantis cruise director. The ship's staff is increased on gay cruises, and the extra temporary slots are highly sought after by crew members on other ships (gays tip well too). The gay cruise bingo games have a good drag queen caller, and they are VERY entertaining. I have talked to crew members and asked how the crew feels about gay cruises; they love them. They have all said that passengers on gay cruises are more fun, cleaner, and don't have kids and dirty diapers.Although none of them said it directly, it sounds like kids are a huge pain in the ass for cruise ship staff. I think that gays spend more money on board, and I know that we tip better. I have also been on gay Windjammer cruises; and more than a few crew members said that they wish that all of the cruises were gay cruises because they have fewer problems, have more fun, and gay passengers are much more courteous to the crew. One crew member said that gay passengers treat the crew like people, and that many straight passengers treat the crew like servants.

Not the right forum for that, but you are almost certainly NOT being sarcastic. In fact, in only three years? You might actually be LUCKY!

Not a problem! I'm honored to know that I've helped you out!

I wouldn't send either of my (actual) sons on any cruise, but I wouldn't give a s**t if either of them went on a gay cruise.

But what was the problem they were already a couple, bad for a single heterosexual wanting to party in a single's Cruise.

Im pretty sure on boarding the ship you will immediately notice its a gay cruise and not when you're just seeing people you knew at the parties.
