"I think its stupid microsoft can't be sued just because they issued a warning, they can make the xbox 360 literally into a timebomb, and just because it has a warning in very tiny print or something doesn't mean it should be exempt from the law."Well, there is a thing called liability, but I think any good MS lawyer would be able to defend them. With the proper warning, MS shouldn't be liable.

This happened quite a lot with the intellivision back in the day, there were faulty power cords that could cause a fire if the system was left on.
