Since when is it any public building's responsibility to prevent you from being shot WHILE ATTEMPTING TO DISARM A ROBBER? If he had just been standing there, minding his own business (like he should have been doing if he weren't a complete idiot) and still been shot BECAUSE the security guard was outside . . . maybe I could see him winning this case. This guy chose to put himself in danger and he got shot. Tough s**t.
So true, there's a reason why its called "Hazard Pay", if you are willing to risk your life to foil a bank robber, then you accept the hazards of being shot at. If he had been an employee, he would have been fired by the end of the day. This case will go nowhere.
i hope so too. we need more hero like him in the world. the bank should pay for his bill and a large reward. the FBI should also provide him with some reward for capturing the robber

This poor man didn't think of himself when he foiled the robbery. I hope he wins his case against the bank. The owe him more than flowers and a lunch.
