Only problem with fronting people off is that it could lead to a loss of income. Because first the person may have some Axe to grind, like what if he made a pass at the person who hired him: she say's no and he try's to ruin her income potential.
Yeah, not wise at all... this can come back to bite the designer in more ways than I could count. even in a city of 1.3 million, I have found the design industry to be "small." Anyone's reputation can be easily and completely trashed.
