blog.wired.com— It's hard to believe, but every so often the developers at E3 forget that they're talking to a room full of journalists and they say something that they probably shouldn't.

Or, really, if all the press reports are accurate (such as this) that the thing is fragmented and poorly designed to program-for, the developers will move make more games for the Xbox 360.As we know from Moore's E3 keynote, the Xbox 360 sells *FAR* more games for developers -- they are in this to mkae money, they are going to target the Xbox 360 because A) People with Xbox 360s buy games and B) Its better designed for development. When that happens, and the PS3 doenst reach its "Critical Mass" (ie, consoles get out there to make it worthwhile as a target, or more titles are pushed back or go cross platform and/or cancelled outright) it PREVENTS adoption as well. This holiday season is really going to say much, and really, the strength in the catalogue / overall benefits (LIVE, Marketplace, XBLA etc) of Xbox 360 is going to really going to make massive PS3 holiday sales unlikely.
I really fail to see how PS3 is anymore "next gen" than the 360.PS3 may have the "next gen" processor. But its GPU is "current gen". 360 has a sort of "current gen" processor, but its GPU is the first of its kind.I think it balances out.
Considering all of the developers that claim they like working with the PS3 are almost certainly paid by Sony to say so, I call bulls**t on your calling bulls**t.
"Playstation, pfffffffft. Gah.""We love the 360. Hoo, we love it."Wow, most definitely the words of a hardcore techie I would admire to be writing the software that I spend my hard earned cash on. This idiot would probably have trouble with Visual BASIC.

$1b a year loss vs making 5 times that, per quarter, in profits. I'm sure microsoft aren't that concerned about at the moment.now, how much are sony losing?http://www.gamesindustry.biz/content_page.php?aid=25038go read, and maybe you'll learn something.
